Who handles your information?

What we collect and why

The project enquiry form collects your first name, email address, project information, optional marketing choice and submission date so we can respond and administer your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Showcases, pricing and hosting plans are public. You do not need to provide your name or email to browse them. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or authorise sales calls.

Cookies and portfolio images

A currency preference may be saved in browser storage. You can clear site data to remove this preference. An access cookie created before the gates were removed may remain until its original 30-day expiry, but it is no longer required to browse the site.

Portfolio images and showcase assets are hosted with this website. This portfolio does not load external video players or add advertising trackers. Independently installed plugins may have their own cookie behaviour; any non-essential tracking needs an appropriate consent setup before use.

Where information is stored

Form entries are stored privately in this site's WordPress database and are accessible to authorised administrators and providers involved in operating the site. We do not sell entries or automatically send them to a third-party marketing platform. Hosting, backup or email providers may process information in countries where they operate, including Australia. Any later international transfer or marketing integration needs its own documented safeguards and updated notice.

Retention and your choices

Historical access-only enquiries are reviewed after 90 days and removed or anonymised when no longer needed. Active project enquiries may be retained for the relationship and required business record period. Administrators can export or erase personal data through WordPress privacy tools. Backups may retain an older snapshot until their normal retention expires.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing or raise a privacy concern using the contact above. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict processing, portability, objection or to complain to your local privacy regulator. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using these forms.

Optional marketing

If you separately opt in, Gren may send occasional design ideas and offers. Any future campaign must identify Gren and include a clear unsubscribe method. You can withdraw at any time; the showcases remain public. This feature stores your preference but does not send automated marketing messages.
