Before we get started.

What does “3D & Interactive” include?

The base package uses dimensional artwork, layered motion and perspective effects. Custom 3D & Interactive elements, complex scene interaction and fully immersive experiences are paid upgrades. We agree the exact visual treatment in your scope.

Can I use my own hosting?

With an upfront build, yes. On the monthly instalment option, Grendesign hosting and care are required for the 36-month term. Once the build balance is paid, you can stay on care or move your site. Our included agency-managed premium subscriptions apply while you have a Gren hosting and care plan. On external hosting, you arrange your own eligible licences, renewals and ongoing maintenance.

What happens after 36 months, or if I want to leave early?

After all 36 payments, the build is paid off. Your monthly payment drops to A$149 for Essential, A$199 for Signature or A$299 for Expanded, covering hosting and care only. You can also move your paid-for site. For an earlier exit, we provide an itemised buyout of the outstanding build balance; future undelivered hosting is excluded. Your proposal confirms the payment schedule, buyout and handover terms before work begins. Agency-managed software subscriptions remain available only while your Gren care plan is active.

What happens if the project is paused?

After 30 days without the inputs we need, we pause and release the reserved schedule. If you return after 90 days, a restart review is quoted for approval, capped at 2 hours at A$150/hour, plus any separately approved changes. A restart is not an automatic penalty.

Are converted prices what I will pay?

Currency conversions are estimates using dated ECB reference rates. Gren invoices in AUD. Your quote confirms the full payable amount, tax treatment and any extras. Your bank or payment provider determines conversion fees.
